dougonics returns
A side benefit of this two-week delay is that the
plug for Ferrigno's book has lingered here as the top item long enough that
hopefully you, like me, have bought it and are reading it
now.
...Now it's simply
http://www.michaeldougan.com/blog/index.html, as it should
be.
If you have links, update them to
reflect the simpler location. Stay tuned for fresh comments as I get things
back online.
I haven't updated anything here for about two
weeks while resolving technical issues. A side benefit of this two-week delay is
that the plug for Ferrigno's book has lingered here as the top item long enough
that hopefully you, like me, have purchased the book and are reading it by now.
I'm back with one modest improvement.
The address of this main page was
formerly "http://www.michaeldougan.com/blog/B1531149743/index.html" (what are
all those extra numbers doing there? How do I make them go away?) I've been
meaning to find out how to correct it. I finally did.
Now it's simply
http://www.michaeldougan.com/blog/index.html, as it should be. If you have
links, update them to reflect the
simpler location. Stay tuned for fresh comments as I get things back
online. In the meantime, since I've
been away, Dan Rather went
on live TV, set his hair on fire, and tried to put it out with a
hammer. It's been interesting to watch.
I'll leave you with an observation
from the September 16th edition of best of the
web Back in 1995, David Letterman presented a list of the "top ten
things Dan Rather would never say on the 'CBS Evening News.' " No. 1 was "I
made that last story up."
